 Charismomic ensures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.

CASH ON DELIVERY
Is available for items less than Rs. 5,000. This option may not be available in delivery areas where our logistics partner is unable to service this facility.. Delivery of the order will be attempted thrice to the shipping address. On exceeding the limit, cash on delivery(COD) option will be deactivated and only prepaid payment will be accepted for further orders.

We are sure that you would love our products always. But in an extremely rare case you want to return/exchange our product. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers. PLEASE NOTE: For your safety and for the safety of courier delivery persons, the reverse pick up of parcels is currently not active by our courier company partner at certain pin codes in which case we request the customer to send back the parcel. Raise the Request:

Pick Up Process:
1)We provide reverse pick up at select pin codes. In this case the parcel reaches back to us within 10-15 days owing to courier company policy. In case reverse pick-up is not done for any reason within 7 days of raising request (owing to courier company delay or any other reason) please email us at care@charismomic.com. 2) In case reverse pick up is not valid at your pin code - you would need to courier back the parcel to us. Also, in case you wish to expedite an exchange or return we recommend this option as the parcel will reach us earlier than a reverse pick-up. Rs.150 store credit in the form of a coupon code shall be shared with you for self-couriering parcel which can be availed on your next purchase.

Please ensure below when couriering: 1)Ensure your order number, name, and phone number are clearly mentioned on the parcel 2)Ensure the parcel is shipped to us within 3 days of raising concern and tracking ID is shared with us. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information), as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. 3)To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact.
Once the reverse pick up is done a store credit will be provided to you via Email in the form of a coupon code which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The coupon code can be availed for any of the product categories present throughout our website. The store credit will be amount of the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.
EXCHANGE If any customer has any size issue with the product or wants a complete different product in place of the received one then he/she needs to mail us at care@charismomic.com within 7 Days from the date of delivery of the parcel. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags
For exchanging a product, the same product can be exchanged for a different size - please note that you cannot exchange a product with another kind of product. If you wish to get another product in exchange of the ordered product kindly opt for return and store credit and place a new order. Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up or self-courier and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by customer will be sent out. The customer can also opt for a store credit to utilise for purchase. NOTE : Exchange is allowed once per order, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order. Refunds for free product deals: Any items purchased during SALE (Buy1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns
Alternatively, if you wish to send the exchange product directly to us, our team shall share the shipping/return address with you. After dispatching the item(s), we request you to share the AWB number of the return shipment along with the courier company name. Please ensure that you dispatch the items for exchange via reputed courier agencies only because CHARISMOMIC shall not be liable for any loss of the parcel or items during transit for the items directly shipped by the customer. Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved for unused/unwashed/new condition with all tags in place, we dispatch the requested new product/size to you within 7-10 working days. There may be certain cases when the requested product size may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note/Store credit for the total item(s) amount. Customized products are not eligible for any exchange or return. 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect it to be counted as defect in the product. Cancellation: Orders once placed can be cancelled with 24 hours of placing.

REFUND :

Due to exceptionally high order volumes currently, all refunds will be processed through The CHARISMOMIC credits only. The CHARISMOMIC Credits shall be valid and operational for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of activation/issuance to you. Please reach out to our customer service team for further details. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can email us on care@charismomic.com. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.
